The City of Frederick Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the Reduced Registration Program.

The program will enable eligible youth, living in the City of Frederick, to receive 50% off all youth programs.

You must register for an account (top right of this webpage) before being approved for the Reduced Registration Program.

Please submit proof of Reduced Registration Program eligibility. This can be a FCPS letter of Free or Reduced Lunch, Independence Card issued by Frederick County Department of Social Services, or Proof of Residency within the Carver, Lincoln, or Catoctin Manor housing communities. *
