Crush those COVID pounds! This Boot camp training will commence with dynamic stretching and rhythm movements to warm up your muscles and joints. Then we will quickly move into the fun part of the class. We use calisthenics, (such as pushups, lunges and crunches, and sprints) and weights to get your body in tip top shape. You will kick, walk, jump, and run in place using various formats like Tabata and intervals This boot camp class is designed to keep you on your toes! Classes are offered virtually and at the Wm. Talley Rec Center, you will receive a virtual class link upon registration.
Participants should have these items:
• 2 sets of dumbbells or resistance bands (light and medium)
• Mat (space to do floor work and stretching)
• Chair
