Its focus is on self-defense and personal growth rather than sport or recreation. Techniques are delivered from natural stances as opposed to wide locked positions, which makes it unique to most styles. We teach close quarters techniques, kata, ground fighting, quick escapes, and weapons. We participate in tournaments and offer sparring each night in class with the appropriate gear. This helps practitioner’s hone their skills within the Dojo alongside other Karate-ka. This Dojo emphasizes discipline and high moral character in conjunction with fighting spirit. Remember, Karate begins and ends with respect.

Any missed Monday classes will be made up on a Wednesdays and scheduled through the instructor** Taekwondo and self-defense program for all ages. Develop mental and physical skills, including self-esteem, leadership, character, listening, focus, discipline, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and power. This is a beginners class and requires no previous experience.
